Device Returns
We accept device returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item remains in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the device is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Items showing damage from misuse or modifications are not eligible for refund
Service Subscriptions
We provide a 14-day free trial period for new users. After the trial period ends, service charges are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscription payments are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise approved by our support team
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period—no prorated refunds are issued
- In some cases, we may issue service credits instead of monetary refunds at our discretion
