You agree not to use Trixy360 services for:

• Stalking, harassment, or any form of abuse
• Unauthorized tracking of individuals without their consent
• Attempting to access data that does not belong to you
• Disrupting or interfering with our services
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Any illegal activities

4. Devices & Software

Trixy360 devices and software are provided for personal use. Software updates may be automatically applied to improve functionality and security. You agree to accept these updates as part of using our services.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trixy360's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
